Description

Rename hoomd.md.pair.LJ to hoomd.md.pair.LennardJones. Create an alias LJ to the new class to provide backwards compatibility. LJ will not be deprecated or removed due to popularity.

Motivation and context

Names should be completely formed and not abbreviated to avoid confusion.
