We have encountered an issue, where we get notifications of unread/updated posts on a case, that has been deleted:

This issue is when we have received two reports and closed them. The reports have not been updated since the 15 of April, but we still get these e-mail notifications:

This email is to remind you the presence of unread or updated reports.

can we avoid that?
