Reaching and maintaining operation readiness to support mission is tied to training. Simply reading and reviewing our training manual is not a meaningful exercise. Instead, we want to create hands-on training experience for our rotating curator pool. The SimEx proved to be a valuable training exercise for our team to practice communication, set expectations, learn curation, understand workflow, explore tool features, etc.
