Pathogen name not present in downloaded linelist data

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The variable 'pathogens' is present in the downloaded linelist dataset but does not contain any data. From the portal entries this should indicate Mpox-2024.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'

3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
It might be useful to include pathogen information in the downloaded datasets, especially if we are curating data for multiple outbreaks at the same time.
