Geocoding of travel history country/location

Free text entries of travel history location can lead to multiple different entries for the same location (Country names with/without capitals, use of commas or not etc). This can occur even when there are entry guidelines for how to entry this data.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Travel history location could be geocoded in a similar way to report location. A free text entry field may also still be required to capture information such as 'within the last 2 weeks'.
