From @aimeehan1: We don't want to disclose the "version history" for a case. External users will only see the date last modified. Remove all revision metadata columns

Specific column names are revisionMetadata.creationMetadata.date, revisionMetadata.creationMetadata.notes, revisionMetadata.editMetadata.date, revisionMetadata.editMetadata.notes and revisionMetadata.revisionNumber
