Entry Date and Reported Date automatically changes when editing a case

When you go to edit a case the entry date and reported date changes back a day. (i.e. I entered my cases on 03.19.24 but when I edited a case the entry date is changed to 03.18.24)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to line list data
2. Click on any case and edit (specifically case 58 was what caused the issue for me)
3. Scroll down to "Events"
4. See error: Entry Date is now filled in as 2024/03/18 when it should be 2024/03/19. Reported Date is now filled as 2022/05/15 when it should be 2022/05/16

Environment:
