Both the WHO T0 and WHO t1 form capture whether the patient received antibiotic treatment prior to specimen collection, responses Yes | No | Unknown. This variable was also scored as 'High' priority from the EpiCore Delphi process but was not determined to be an EpiCore variable.
Should this be added to the schema to give context to any laboratory results obtained?

This variable can be added to the day0 schema, particularly in light of AMR and possible future data collection on bacterial pathogens.
Variable name; Lab_antibio, variable label; Did the patient receive antibiotics prior to specimen collection? Response options Yes | No | Unknown (or Not applicable)
