Honouring language filters in followed tags

For the local and federated timelines, there is an available filter to only display posts in your preferred language(s). This enhancement request is to apply the filter to followed tags in the home timeline.

Motivation

My belief is that the the filter was built prior to the ability to follow tags. Not applying the filter for followed accounts makes sense, but tags are used in many different languages and different contexts. Extending the filter to followed tags will encourage users to follow tags, knowing more relevant posts will be displayed.
