Similar to what is done in kube-prometheus, this repository should provide raw YAML manifests so people can quickly deploy monitoring-satellite and monitoring-central without much effort.

A super-easy way to deploy can help potential users and contributors to quickly test the applications in local clusters and afterward move on to more elaborated approaches
