Gitpod proxy not serving scripts voor webapplication

Bug description

Scripts that are part of our web application are frequently not loaded. This behaviour is very inconsistently. Many times all scripts are loaded but sometimes. This all started with the recent update concerning the gitpod proxy.

Steps to reproduce

• create a webapplication with javascripts
• Run it in gitpod (web-ide)
