Configure Apache Show wget 404 #284

I have some question!
I had done well before I configured Apache.
What command I executed was shown as below:
wget -O /etc/httpd/conf.d/gitlab.conf https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-recipes/raw/master/web-server/apache/gitlab.conf
The result after I ran the commd:
--2016-03-03 15:47:31-- https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-recipes/raw/master/web-server/apache/gitlab.conf
正在解析主机 gitlab.com... 104.210.2.228
正在连接 gitlab.com|104.210.2.228|:443... 已连接。
已发出 HTTP 请求，正在等待回应... 404 Not Found
2016-03-03 15:47:33 错误 404：Not Found。
It's show the url 404.Please help me.

my gitlab verson is 7.0
I have found old-banch and find gitlab.conf
maybe work.
