Printing pages with external links is a mess!

Description

I just started using this theme and love everything about it, except this. When I print a page with an external link, the printout shows the link (globe) icon repeating on top of the link. It totally destroys the readability of the link.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page containing an external link.
2. Print that page and view the link.

Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]
I expected to see the link icon printed one time in front of the link, followed by the link itself.

Actual behavior: [What actually happened]
The link icon displays on the printout repeating across the full link.

I just accidentally discovered something that might help address this issue. I learned that the issue I described is NOT present in these Bootswatch Themes with dark backgrounds:

• Cyborg
• Darkly
• Solar
• Slate
• Superhero

The issue remains in the default theme, as well as all the other themes with a light background.
