Issues with the starting window - wrong size, etc. #1186

Using Linux Mint 20.1, XFCE

When I first installed and started git-cola I encountered multiple issues with the window that it opened.

It opened on my second monitor (which happened to be off).
The window was waaaay too large and didn't fit on my monitor.
The window was missing the minimize & maximize buttons in the header.
The window didn't respond to my OS keyboard shortcuts to move it around, minimize it, or maximize it.
