Official Docker image based on the official Gitea and Gitlab images #587

It would be great if Git-as-svn were available as a "ready to use" docker image.

Perhaps create an action, that runs whenever a new Gitea or Gitlab container is published, performing the following steps:

Appended the latest Git-as-svn and its dependencies.
Expose the SVN: port
Expose the path to the Git-as-svn configuration files.
Add a simple and safe configuration file.
