encoding problem

hello every one,
I hosted Gisgraphy server and imported the database for 3 countries, I need it mainly for revese geocoding issues. everything is ok. but am facing problems with the encoding i guess. the addresses appear in misunderstood language. the result should be displayed in Arabic, but it's displayed in a language in between English-Arabic :') and some characters are replaced by "?"
any one can help ?

is there a way to import the data into the database with the local language of the country other than English?
the addresses appear half Arabic half English !
