  • { Latest version from pip }

Bug description
sudo pip install psutil fails for pip with Python 3.6.9

sudo pip3 install psutil

Installation also fails on Ubuntu 16.04 running Python 3.6

installation also fails on Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster) running Python 3.7.3

installing the packet python3-dev resolved the issue on Debian GNU/Linux 10
