Kali Linux 2021.4a M1 Mac Parallels VM Sparrow Install Errors

Thank you for developing this indispensable suite of tools.

This error occurred on a fresh install of Kali Linux 2021.4a M1 on an M1 Mac running the latest version of Parallels for ARM 17.1.1. The Kali Linux VM was then updated with sudo apt-get upgrade and sudo apt-get update.

I ran the recommended commands:

1. sudo apt-get install python3-pip gpsd gpsd-clients python3-tk python3-setuptools python3-pyqt5.qtchart
2. sudo pip3 install QScintilla gps3 dronekit manuf python-dateutil numpy matplotlib

The first command completed without error, but the second command failed. Please see the attached terminal output.
