Focus not shifted when opening/closing in iOS #384

When closing a modal, the focus is not moved from the trigger when opening, nor returned to the opening trigger.

Demo: can be seen on the micromodal.now.sh landing page.

iOS 14.0.1
Safari
Primarily affects VoiceOver users.

Not sure if this is a iOS 14 thing...
