Update NativeFrameInstrumentation to use startSpan event

This change is required for JS v8, asspanRecorder was definitively removed.

2. Replace onTransactionStart and onTransactionFinish by client.on(spanStart)
3. Include NATIVE.* function in the instrumentation
4. Replace instrumentChildSpanFinish by client.on(spanStart)
