Update class_diagram.svg - missing pieces

Problem Statement

Noticed that the class_diagram.svg does not contain some pieces such as transport_utils.dart. Been generated 5 months ago.

Low prio to me but if anyone feels like it :)

I saw a diagrams GH action: https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-dart/blob/main/.github/workflows/diagrams.yml

Maybe it just needs to be re-ran, not sure tbh.
