Answers for question types should be consistent

Most answers are displayed centered below the button, but in some cases it isn't consistent. For example:

• Bearing widget the answer is left aligned
• Range decimal and integer widget the answer is above
• Rank widget it's left aligned

We would like all answers to be displayed in the center below the button. I think further down the road we should consider displaying all answers above the button, but this will require some exploration and is a bigger lift.
