Improving bottom sheet layout when phone is horizontal

Problem

When in horizontal view, the bottom sheet takes up a lot of space, making it difficult to use and look at the map because half the screen is covered (as brought up in another issue). We would need to change the default, which is why we haven't made the change.

It's not a high priority right now - noting it so we don't lose the idea. Improving the user experience would require changing the default and creating alternative layouts. Google Maps has a much better horizontal view, making interacting with the map easier.
