Use TemplatedConfigLoader in e2e tests #230

Right now, e2e test don't use TemplatedConfigLoader by default and the ${run_id} interpolation does not work properly in the

kedro-kubeflow/tests/e2e/catalog.yml

Possible fix:
Use TemplatedConfigLoader in e2e tests
