Thanks for posting a discussion about homepage here on GitHub. Homepage now uses a fancy new AI tool thanks to our friends at Glime, so the answer below is the AI bot's attempt to answer your question. If you feel it's sufficient you can mark the answer and close this post, otherwise feel free to leave it open of course! Thanks for using Homepage! ❤️ To address the issue of the Uptime Kuma widget reporting a site as down when it is actually "paused," you may need to adjust the configuration of your Uptime Kuma widget or check if there's an option within Uptime Kuma itself to handle paused sites differently. However, based on the information provided in the context, there is no direct mention of how paused sites are handled by the Uptime Kuma widget. The widget configuration only allows for certain fields such as "up," "down," "uptime," and "incident." If the paused state is not recognized as a distinct state by the widget, it may default to considering the site as down. You may want to check the Uptime Kuma documentation or forums to see if there's a way to configure paused sites to not be reported as down. If this is not possible, you might need to consider a feature request to the developers of Uptime Kuma or the widget to handle paused states appropriately. If you have access to the Uptime Kuma API or the widget's source code, you could potentially look for a way to modify the behavior to account for paused sites. Otherwise, reaching out to the support or community for Uptime Kuma might provide more insight or a workaround. Please ensure that your Uptime Kuma instance and Homepage are both up to date, as updates may contain bug fixes or new features that could address this issue. If you need further assistance, please provide more details about your Uptime Kuma widget configuration, and I can look into this further. This comment was generated by Glime. |

Anyone have any input? Seems to me that the UptimeKuma widget showing a site down when it is in a paused or maintenance state is not correct. If I knew hot to fix I would attempt a change. |

Thank you for the response. My coding experience is very limited and I am afraid I have no idea where to begin with CustomAPI. |
