Charge a fee to allow someone to bid on an auction

Sorry for my poor english ..
I used to use Yith auctions, and there were is a great option there.
We can make people pay a fee to be allowed to bid on an auction.
SOmeone advised me to swith on Dokan. As it is suppoosed to be the best to use with woocommerce.
I didn't expect this that thios option wouldn't be available on such a famous plugin ...
And it's a huge problem for me (hope not just for me :) )

But I don't want the customers to pay each time they bid.
I just need a one time paiement to be able to bid
