Support for real value matrix

Hi

I'm interesting in applying HiC-spector to the "normalized" matrix, whose value is not integer but float.
(Both ICE and HiCNorm generate float matrix.)
Do you have the plan to support Hi-C matrix filled with float values?

The first several lines of "normalized" matrix are:

1 1 99.66026
1 2 25.93886
1 3 11.63900

Other tool, MrTadFinder also have same issue, and it may be helpful for me if both HiC-spector and MrTadFinder support float matrix.
