Describe the bug
GEOPM libraries do not hide symbols by default.

GEOPM version
7594052

Expected behavior
Only symbols from geopm interfaces are visible to users of geopm libraries.

Actual behavior
All symbols are visible.

Planned Resolution

  • Explicitly annotate symbols from our public interface as having default visibility.
  • In a future release, change our build to use hidden visibility for unannotated symbols
