As a system administrator I would like a history of what changes an application made using GEOPM

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I cannot determine what changes a geopm agent or application calling platformIO made during its runtime.

Describe the solution you'd like
A simplified trace file indicating when control changes were made an which PID requested them, and not writing out at a set cadence (i.e. only write when a change is made, even if the control loop is every 5ms)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using the trace file to track this behavior.
