Will it be possible to use sjoin_nearest with dask?

@Nyakutka It a bit complex issue that requires overlapping computation to be resolved first. It is certainly on the roadmap but I cannot promise any timeline. We do not have funding to work on dask-geopandas at the moment, so these large tasks may not happen soon unless some funding appears.
