正しくは、「鎌ケ谷市」のため、機会があれば修正いただければ幸いです。

にもあるとおり、「鎌ケ谷市」が正しい表記。
データ元としている位置参照情報の表記が「鎌ヶ谷市」となっているので、まずそちらに修正要望を問い合わせます。
