make ci is failing on gnt branch

Use case:

• build and install branch calendar-kind of Calendars package
• and able to build geneweb gnt branch (as per Why gnt branch build failed with "Error: Unbound value Calendars.make" #1469 (comment))
• BUT make ci is failing as per attached log
  gnt_make_ci_failed.log
