Suppress one family in the search for shortest path

This feature existed a while back and seems to have disappeared;
(in the search url, excluded families are listed as efi=ifam with i=0; 1, .... In relation.ml, see function excl_faml)
Identifying the responsible commit and restoring the feature would be a good thing.
