[FEATURE REQUEST] Have txt shorts names

There are specials short names for txt pages, such as CAl for calendar.txt, ANM for annivmenu.txt page etc and we can call thoses pages with, for example, href="%prefix;m=ANM"> and have the macros interpretated.

Would it be possible to create those short names, as we need it, for exemple in the gwf configuration page ?

There is a general purpose command (m=H) which takes as parameter v=file which will interpret the template file.txt.
there is an example in etc/welcome.txt
Note that this requires wizard privilege.
