Cannot change a development model to production

I suspect this is because I have no evidences on my inputs and outputs, but I don't understand why these need evidence, this is what the reaction does? (I only added them when the reaction has multiple specificities), but I don't have a specific evidence to use. I could find one but it feels like busy work...

I fudged the chemical by adding IDA with a review (these are not IDA but I can't use any other evidence code as I have nothing to put in the with field. IC would be helpful here (although not needing the evidence would be helpful).

Maybe this isn't required anyway because I still can't move this model to proiduction
