Testing new noctua production setup

We are testing a new noctua production setup at https://aes-test-noctua.geneontology.io/ . This is intended to be the setup for the production system moving forward.

Ideally, this functions in the exact same way as the current setup, but includes HTTPS.

Note: moving over here from https://github.com/berkeleybop/bbops/issues/29 to gain visibility.

Time permitting, could you take a look at the server again? I believe we have fixed the first round of issues that we had.
