Hey there!
First: Thank you for this great library. I saw your demo-videos and WOW!

I tried to compile with the newest versions of everything, but I got a lot of errors. So I tested with old library versions till I got it working.
Library versions:
controlP5: 2.0.1
openCV_processing: 0.5.2
simple openi: 1.96
Processing: 2.2.1

Now I have the problem, that my calibration is really bad (more random than anything else).
My kinect output is mirrored different to your video.
calib
I don't know if it helps, but that's my calibration:
-2.6625222744769417E-5 6.045332702342421E-5 -9.923669858835638E-5 0.4454984962940216 -9.058995055966079E-5 1.0347423085477203E-4 -1.498527271905914E-4 0.7395490407943726 -1.1925002763746306E-4 1.352111139567569E-4 -2.082447608700022E-4

If I got it working I'll try to update the project a bit with actual libraries to help new users.

I hope you can help me.

Thank you
Nils

i think there is a bug in SimpleOpenNI which is causing the mirroring to break. it's not clear what kind of support there will be from OpenNI in the future and i suspect KinectProjectorToolkit needs to be rewritten using whatever the most dependable kinect libs for processing are. unfortunately i don't have much time to this in the near future.

Hello Gene! Have you ever found a solution? I also think that this problem and comment times seem to work for others. Can you help? Thanks for considering my request.

I found an answer on Reddit, the projection can be mirrored and then it works!
