should contain a handler, i.e.

source 'https://rubygems.org'

gem 'geminabox'
gem 'webrick'

if not the following error occurs when starting docker

gems/rack-2.2.9/lib/rack/handler.rb:45:in `pick': Couldn't find handler for: puma, thin, falcon, webrick. (LoadError)
