VMOD installation with packagecloud.io

I'm unable to install vmods with the packagecloud.io repository.
The one I need is xkey, the varnish targeted version is 7.4, and my host is debian.

Is there any other way than follow the installation of https://github.com/varnish/varnish-modules?

Since I'm not an ansible expert I'm afraid to struggle in this.
