mysql的版本太高， 你安装的mysql服务器是8.x的版本和 C++的mysql客户端版本不匹配。

看上去不像是版本问题，用mysql5.7一样报错，去mangos官网看下了，mysql8.0只可能会造成一些query失败，我这个错误看上去像是server端版本与数据库中数据版本不一致导致的，我在二进制release包中的*/wow_mangos/logs/DBErrors.log也发现了有类似的日志报错

找到问题了 “creature_template” 表 多了 SchoolImmuneMask 这个字段
