Hi, I am working on a project where I am trying to Identify Burned Area from 2015 till 2019, I have been able to plot these burned areas on a map now what I what to do is to get the areas in square kilometers so that I can plot I identify which months burn the most and minimum I tried to download the data in HDF format now as I was trying to install pyhdf on miniconda an error comes up :

I tried to google it but no luck can you please advise how can I install pyhdf and how can I determine the burned areas from hdf format.

I am a bit confused by your questions. Are you trying to use HDF data with geemap? Unfortunately, geemap does not support HDF at the moment.

Sorry for the confusion, All I am trying to do is to get/extract burned Area data for each month in square kilometers or hectares, for a year then analyze it to see which month(s) burned the most and least. but at the moment I am struggling to work with HDF format I am not familiar with the format, I thought they could be another way with geemap to download the data since it was not difficult to plot the data.
