Babble is breaking user ActiveRecord in discourse #311

When adding babble to the plugins list, ActiveRecord queries related to User break
The user inbox would display messages from all users on the site. I turned out debugging for ActiveRecord queries and it looks like that it is not adding the where condition needed to filter out user data
