User story
As an admin, I want to communicate with the senior staff/superiors/senior engineers via system report which includes benefits, shortcomings, unresolved user issues, or any encountered problems with the application so that they can make better decisions and improvements.

Acceptance criteria

  • Shortlist team (Engineer or Human Support) should report requiring application analysis for the improvement to the superiors.
