User Story

As a parent, I want Shortlist to let me create an account to my child

Acceptance Criterion

Parent will be able to create a sub account linked to their current account.
Parent will be able to preset the email as account name when create the account
Parent will be able to send out the invitation to the email on child account name
Parent will set up two security question for the child to verify their parenting status

Definition of Done

Unit tests passed.
Code reviewed.
Acceptance criteria met.
