User Story
As a parent/student, I want view school quality score in a bar chart instead of a plain number, so I will have a clear quick look to decide if it's good or bad

Acceptance Criteria

  • School quality are displayed in long and short horizontal bars in the frontend
  • New dependency library might need to be added to get it done
