User story
As a user, I want to check if the restaurant lies in COVID-19 Hot Spot on restaurant details page for better transparency.

Acceptance criteria
Daily updates of COVID-19 infection rates for particular area on restaurant details page.

Definition of Done
Safe or Risky status for each restaurant on it's details page.
