Edit Groups Not Reflected in Navigator

1. Select group
2. edit group
3. the controls for the group disappear from Navigator
4. Ideally Navigator panel will update to show the group and controls in the group, as does the IDE.

This may be tricky. FWIW Mark Waddingham an a separate thread on the list explained

"Indeed, 'start editing group Foo' causes the engine to remove all cards
and objects from a stack and store them somewhere self, create a new
card and add the controls that were in the group as the new card's
objects. Which is obviously a great deal more work than just moving a
control somewhere else in the internal lists."

This is why the disappear from Navigator!

Yikes -- that is a curious way to handle editing a group, but it may give me a toe-hold to fix how Navigator handles the situation. I'll check.
