Add option to open Navigator Minimized

I have Navigator set to open when LC launches, but I often don't need it to be open. I'd like to have an option to have it open minimized, perhaps collapsing to an icon in the corner similar to what SETH tries to do (BONUS add it as a widget to the LC tools palette)

Opening minimized is a pretty simple option, I can add that. I'll look at the LC tools palette.
