There is no russian translation for dataset types and subtypes in
https://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/gbif/dataset_type_2015-07-10.xml
https://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/gbif/dataset_subtype.xml

samplingEvent doesn't have zh and ja as well
