Add new LifeStage elements to vocabulary

Regarding gbif/portal-feedback#145
How can we add elements to vocabulary (in this case http://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/gbif/life_stage.xml) ?

Most importantly make sure we have the same entries in our API enumeration. This vocabulary is only really used by the IPT for publishing

Actually, the vocabulary (http://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/gbif/life_stage.xml) already includes "Alternative Terms" but the parser doesn't use them.

@mdoering @dschigel can you confirm that it would be fine to enable those terms?
In other words, should we aggregate more "LifeStage" following the vocabulary that is defined as "A simple vocabulary to represent organism life stages across all kingdoms".

The side effect is that the aggregation would be done across kingdoms so, for exemple, imago would become adult.

It may also be possible to bring them under the same level, I don't know.

As I authored the vocabulary and spent quite some time researching about those terms I think it's fine :) The LifeStage parser should know about the alternative terms and map them to the peferred one used in our api enumeration

During interpretation, the LifeStage parser uses the new (ish) vocabulary server: https://registry.gbif.org/vocabulary/LifeStage

The IPT is still using the one here.
